Make sure items are in GENTLY loved condition. Items for online need to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Check out our Accepted/Non Accepted list. Online includes ALL SEASONS but we recommend preparing current/upcoming season first. Also make sure to join our Seller Facebook Page for videos!

Organize items by size and gender so you can quickly add them into the barcoding system (see picture below for details).

Once you sign up as a seller you get a seller number and have immediate access to our online barcode system! You can start entering items right away!  Add item to barcode system and take a picture of item in good lighting. See our video on taking pictures. Make sure to include a ruler in the picture to show size of item if necessary (toys etc)  You do NOT have to  print out tags for the online sale. Keep items organized in bins by item number so you can easily pull the item when it sells.

After the conclusion of the sale you will get a list and pdf of items that sold. You will also be able to print buyer labels for each item. Every sold item will need to be placed in a ziplock bag with the buyer code attached. These should be organized alphabetically for drop off.

Schedule a drop off time in the barcode system when available. You will bring all of your sold items and will scan them in. After scanning all items in you will place them in alphabetical bins for us to start sorting into buyer bags!

Hang items and package items (See RESOURCES for supply lists and how to hang items). Pants can be tricky, so please watch our video HERE on tagging. Note that WIRE hangers are required for clothing.

All clothing needs to be rubber-banded by size and gender (Same sizes as above). Shoes can be in grocery bags, Everything else needs to be in a cardboard box for drop off. You will not be getting this box back, but your items will be boxed at the end of the event. Load your car with boxes of toys etc first and place clothing in last since it is the first to come out. Set aside items over $25 that get checked in and pack your large items last!

HELPER 1 Shift-65% commission and shopping Wednesday 7:30pm


Helper 2 Shifts-65% commission and shopping Wednesday 6:30pm


Helper 3 Shifts-70% commission and shopping Wednesday 6:30pm


Helper 4 Shifts-70% commission and shopping Wednesday 6:30pm with a guest! You also get a Mommy's Market Bag
